The Bergy Burger, This is posted in honour of our very own beloved Chef Bergy aka “Her Majesty, the Queen of the Saturday Night Burger.” I came up with this after browsing through her countless burger recipes and becoming hopelessly confused trying to pick just one. I hope you like this burger, Bergy! I posted this recipe out of the respect and love Zaar members have for you., I don’t normally use steak sauce so I made a homemade Heinz 57 type for my burger. Awesome. I will make my burger like this again. Great combination of flavors and heat to however you want it., The Queen has spoken. Total yumminess on a charcoal grill- the onion rolls make this recipe!

Guess What? Put It Under Your Broiler. After Having Made This a Couple of Times I Find That Doing This Keeps the Onion/Pepper Mixture in Place While Eating It and the Melted Cheese Has a Better Flavor. Only Broil For a Minute or So. You Just Want the Cheese to Melt Well and Drape Over the Ingredients to Hold Them in Place. |
