Sourdough Banana Bread,I enjoy finding interesting different things to make from Alaskan sourdough starter (see recipe #7020 for instance), so I was so happy when I was able to adopt this recipe! :),I doubled the recipe and then split into two batches. I added semi sweet chocolate chips to one and poppyseeds to the other. I did make a few adjustments: reduced sugar by 1/2 and swapped out shortening for coconut oil. I also used 1/2 bread flour since my hubby brought home 25lbs and I need to use it up.,How do I print these recipes.

Cream Together the Shortening and Sugar, Add Egg and Mix Until Blended. |
