    I made this sandwich for a luncheon I catered and it was a huge hit! Everyone loved it. I did make a few changes: I didnt have oregano so I didnt add it, used black forest ham, pepperoni, Genoa salami, mozzerella and provolone cheese, I added red bell pepper slices instead of green, added purple onion slices, and used a french loaf for the bread. I will definitely be making this again! Thanks for posting!

    Cut Bread in Half Lengthwise; Hollow Out Top and Bottom Using a Small Serrated Knife or Your Fingers, Leaving a 1/2" Shell (discard Removed Bread or Save For Another Use).

    Combine Oil, Vinegar, Garlic, Oregano and Pepper; Brush on Cut Sides of Bread Top and Bottom.
