Ultimate Quick & Simple Peanut Butter Fudge Recipe

Features:
    Cuisine:

Excellent recipe!!! My mom passed away back in 1999 and never wrote down how she "threw" together her peanut butter fudge. Everybody's always making it with marshmallow cream. Respect those who like it that way, but I remember my mom using regular milk and granulated sugar and the soft sugar ball in a glass of water. Well...saw this recipe and decided to try it out since it hit a familiar cord. Never made fudge before in my life (eaten tons of it though), and it turned out perfectly! Followed the directions to a "T" and no problems at all. Wanted to make something special for Easter. Thank you so much - We will all be so sentimental when we eat it, but in a lovely way.

Super Easy Peanut Butter Fudge,This recipe is very simple, but if you do not know how to make candy then please follow instructions precisely. I have altered the instructions after a few reviews that it was crumbly. This is not the recipes fault, it is inexperience. Proper candy making is about temperatures. 4 minutes of boiling (from the time the first small bubbles form) bring this candy up to proper fudge/softball temperature as long as you are cooking over medium heat. When in doubt, use a thermometer.,Excellent recipe!!! My mom passed away back in 1999 and never wrote down how she “threw” together her peanut butter fudge. Needs to be an easier way to make it perfect every time. Unfortunately, you don’t know if it is right until it is done. They were a flop for me.
