Truly Amazing Creamy Hot Chocolate,Sometimes I am given to exaggeration here, waxing rhapsodic over the wonderfulness of a recipe. Here I am actually understating how truly amazing this hot chocolate is. I found the recipe in an old Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk brochure, and when it’s cold outside and there are lot of people who need warming up, this is truly the hot chocolate to make!,I actually have 1%milk I want to use up. Can use it instead of the water?,I enjoyed this cocoa more than any other I have had. used less water – only about 4.5 or 5 cups. We used whip cream on top of each cup and it was delicious!
