The Meatloaf With the Sauce!, Hubby and I have an ongoing feud over meatloaf – my saucy version vs his Italian version Since meatloaf is one of the few entrees he knows how to make, I don’t complain when he makes his but I definitely prefer this one!, First, let me say that the smell coming out of the oven was absolutely irresistable! I was literally drooling while waiting for this to come out of the oven DS is not an onion fan, so I reduced the onions a bit However, the meatloaf still tasted quite oniony My sauce turned out very thin, so I’d eliminate the water next time The smell deserves 5 stars, but the poll around the table was 3 & 4 stars for the meatloaf and sauce
