Smores Fondue (The Melting Pot), I came across this recipe and I just had to post it Taste just like the Melting Pot’s , I followed this recipe exactly as it stated and it turned into a mess Once I added the 151 rum and ignited it the chocolate hardened very quickly To save the fondue the only I could do was add water to it to get the chocolate creamy I am not sure if everyone else is using 151 rum versus 80 and 90 proof since 151 rum is not easy to find (I want to 4 different liquor stores before I came across a bottle) Once we got it creamy it did taste good but a little clumpy , Had to add water after igniting the rum

Melt the Chocolate in the Top of a Double Boiler Set Over Simmering Water, Stirring Constantly. |

Transfer to a Fondue Pot. |

Spoon the Marshmallow Crme Into the Center of the Chocolate. Do not Stir. |

Add the Rum to the Pot and Ignite Carefully, Using a Long Wooden Match or Lighter. Allow the Flame to Burn Out and Stir Gently to Combine. |

Sprinkle With the Graham Cracker Crumbs. Keep Fondue Warm Over Low Heat. |
