Strawberry Cake With Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting, You won’t recognize the white cake mix after adding strawberry gelatin and fresh berries Add the rich cream cheese frosting, and this cake has blue ribbon potential This is a superior cake, perfect for birthday parties and baby showers , This cake is both delicious and impressive! I would suggest letting your strawberries drain for about 1 hr in a strainer, so the frosting won’t be too runny Make sure you refrigerate cake several hours before serving!, The frosting was very yummy, but I had to use more powdered sugar than called for to stiffen it up The cake flavor was wonderful, but the cake was a little dense Next time I will try to get a fluffier cake or maybe even try the frosting on a chocolate cake
