Strawberry Cheese Open-face Sandwich,I started making this sandwich when I was about 13. It’s one of my favourites. I slice the cheese slightly thicker.,These were a go-to when I was younger. The only thing I do differently is to pop them in the toaster to crisp them up a bit then I throw them in the broiler. Otherwise the bottom of the bread is soggy while to the top is toasty.
