Directions
Berry-Pie, This is such a great summer pie, which can be eaten either hot or cold It’s quite easy to make and really looks incredible Goes great with whipped (vanilla-flavoured) cream Mind: Dough needs one hour chilling time , Fresh berries are available around here this time of year, but they’re a bit expensive, so used frozen ones & that turned out well enough for us! I also cut way back on the amount of sugar sprinkled over the berries, using just 2 tablespoons! Still had a great tasting berry pie, & I have this in mind to make again next week when we attend a potluck! Thanks for posting it! [Made & reviewed in Everyday Is a Holiday tag]
