    Lightly Rub 9x13" Cake Pan or Casserole Dish With Butter. in Large Mixing Bowl, Mash Cooked Sweet Potatoes. Add 1.5 Cups Melted Butter, Granulated Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla- Beat Until Smooth. Pour Into Prepared Casserole Dish. in Medium Bowl, Mix Coconut, Brown Sugar, Remaining Melted Butter, Pecans and Flour. Spread Topping Over Potato Mixture and Bake Uncovered 20-30 Minutes at 350 Degrees or Until Topping Is Brown.
