Sweet Potato (Queen) Cornbread,Ingredient list states 1 sweet potatoes or (16 ounce) can sweet potatoes Directions state: Separately, mix together this wet stuff: 3 sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed,Made the cornbread for Christmas dinner. Switched regular milk for almond milk and then I baked it in a cast iron frying pan in the oven. I started with the suggested 20 minutes and checked for doneness every minute or so until baked. Topped it with some pumpkin seeds. I served it directly from the cast iron pan. It was a huge hit!
