Thanksgiving Cheese Ball, This is so very good that one bite leads to 4 and 4 to 8. Dead easy too a few mins with the processor and 4 hrs of chill time, thats it!, This appetizer is a huge crowd pleaser, and so damn quick and easy to make. A lot of the reviews talk about chilling the ball, but I’ve found that by doubling the cheddar, I get a much more flavorful and firm mixture that doesn’t necessarily need chill time to handle. I also added about a tsp of smoked paprika for a little flavor and some really pretty color.
I will say that this is a very salty & sharp cheese dish, so serving it with a soft-flavored, buttery cracker like Town House is a good bet.

In a Food Processor, Mix the Cream Cheese, Cheddar Cheese, Blue Cheese, Onion, Garlic, and Worcestershire Sauce. Process Until Well Blended. Add Olives, and Pulse Into Small Chunks. |

Shape the Mixture Into a Ball, and Roll in the Chopped Pecans to Coat. Wrap in Plastic, and Chill at Least 4 Hours in the Refrigerator. |
