White Chip Chocolate Cookies (Toll House),I got this recipe off of the Nestle Toll House White Chocolate chip bag. There was a similar recipe on recipezaar but the poster had reduced the amount of cocoa powder by a considerable amount. This, in my books, is sacrilege! The more chocolate, the better. The cooking time is for one cookie sheet.,Used 1/2 c butter & 1/2 c. coconut oil; added 1/2 c. finely ground almonds & 1/2 c. walnut bits to the cookie dough; increased vanilla extract by 3/4 tsp. Very chocolately, not overly sweet cookies. Flatten each dough mound slightly for a rounder flatter cookie.,Used 1/2 c coconut oil & 1/2 c butter; increased vanilla to 1 3/4 tsp. Additions to dough: 1/2 c ground almonds & 1/2 c walnut pieces
