Directions
Spicy, Low-Fat Veggie Burgers Vegan, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free, These flavorful patties are baked instead of fried! I modified this recipe from The Great American Detox Diet by Alex Jamieson. These burgers freeze well if individually wrapped. Reheat them in the microwave or oven or on the grill., Tasty! Kind of a long list of ingredients but it all came together quick. I left out the celery and carrot and cooked them on the griddle and they held together well. Thanks for sharing the recipe., I plan on making these burgers can you freeze them after the veggie patties been made? Can you add Beans to the burger pattie as well?
