Subru Uncle’s Vegetarian Fried Rice,This mouth watering rice is one of my favourites! I was taught how to make it by Subru uncle, my friend, teacher and guide. A favourite at parties at my place, this rice has won the heart of many I know!,I had several questions, such as “what type of rice?” (I went with regular white) and “what is the half boiled stage?” (I guessed) and “Chinese salt??” (couldn’t find a thing, so used Emeril’s Asian Essence.) Things maybe a more experienced cook would know? Anyway, I jumped in anyway and have to say this turned out pretty good. The rice is a little sticky, but I like it that way so no big deal. Besides, it’s probably my fault! It really is good, I would have just liked a little more clarification.,I tried this again but it doesn”t seem to have much flavor. The problem is – I can”t decide what, exactly it needs!

Clean, Wash and Soak Rice For 20 Minutes. |

Heat Water in Any Suitable Vessel. |

Add Carrots, French Beans and Green Peas. |
