Tomato Salad Lots of Ways, I wanted to put this here for safe keeping since I can never have enough ways to eat tomatos; Be sure to look through all of the variations before you round up your ingredients!!, What a lovely quick and easy to make recipe. The salad was perfect, refreshing and delicious. I made a variation on the varieties listed. I layered cucumber slices with the tomatoes, added thin curls of shaved parmigiano, seasoned with fine sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, organic oregano and a little lemon juice. This was the perfect side dish served with our bbq peameal bacon kebabs, assorted vegetable kebabs, mini naan bread and thin slices of watermelon. Thank you for sharing a recipe that I will try again. Can’t wait to make some of the other variations listed. Made for Variety is the Spice of Life Event – 2014.
