Ww Friendly Mint-Infused Darjeeling Tea,Entered for safe-keeping. From Bettina Newman RD and David Joachim’s “Lose Weight the Smart Low-Carb Way”. Just 2 calories per cup, total flavor!,What a lovely tea. I made the full amount this morning and have been enjoying it all morning long. I guess it’s a good thing that I don’t at all mind room temp tea, lol. I had to use dried mint but thats alright because I can’t grow it here. It doesn’t survive the winters *sigh*. Since Darjeeling is one of my favorite teas I knew that this was going to be wonderful and I wasn’t disappointed in any way.
