WW Crispy Onion Rings, This recipe was in the weekly newsletter from Weight Watchers for Sept 16-22 Posting it here so the recipe is not lost 4 points plus per serving About 8 onion rings per serving , Evidently I am not a star at breading onion rings But the coating tasted really good It didn’t specify how fine to crunch up the corn chips so I left mine rather chunky, it didn’t work out so well I would try this again, but I would crush the flakes finer and also cut the onions a little thicker They ended up a bit limp Made for PAC Spring 2013

Preheat Oven to 450f. |

Coat a Large Rimmed Baking Sheet With Cooking Spray. |

Spread Cornflake Crumbs on Large Plate. |

Whisk Together Egg White, Milk, Flour, Onion Powder, Salt and Cayenne Pepper in Shallow Plate. |

Dip Onion Rings in Egg Mixture (letting Excess Drip Off) Then Dredge in Cornflake Crumbs, Turning to Coat. |

Place in Single Layer on Prepared Plan. |

Coat Onion Rings With Cooking Spray and Bake, Turning Once, Until Onion Rings Are Golden Brown, About 12 Minutes. |
