Turkey Sausage and Bell Peppers Weight Watchers Style,Recipe comes from the new cookbook by weight watchers. 2 points per serving serve with salad and garlic bread.,Have family on WW and some not. Everyone loved this recipe and wanted it. But, I made this with 2 pounds of Turkey sausage and one pound of Italian cooked sausage-not enough protein otherwise. I also added sage to the recipe and doubled the broth to give it some “sauce”. Served it over white rice. It was delicious.
