Zucchini Ribbons With Basil Butter,Found this in a magazine! Made it with the garlic excellent! Also instead of boiling the ribbons, I fried them in butter until tender. Wow! That was excellent also! Very easy either way.,I made this for my son who is dairy free so I omitted the cheese & used fake butter. He said it tasted like a warm salad & was a bit watery. He suggested sauteeing the zuchini in olive oil & adding garlic. I will definately make this again with my bounty of zuchini from my garden.,Is it possible to freeze the zuchhini noodles and make them later in place of pasta? I’d like to have on hand for when I need a pasta substitute.
