Directions
Spicy Lime and Cilantro Turkey Pita Fajitas (Grilled),I love making these for family and friends! Spicy, cool and creamy all at once! Great for summer BBQ’s!,Halved the spices in the rub (except the cayenne, which I quartered) and the peppers in the sauce, and this was still a super spicy dish!,These were outstanding. used turkey cutlets and grilled indoors on a grill pan. I made the rub for the turkey as directed. I was concerned the sour cream sauce would be to spicy so I started with half of the black pepper and cayenne pepper and tasted. I ended up making the sour cream sauce as directed and it all was delicious. It had a nice bit of kick but not overwhelming. Oh, and I forgot the lime but I bet it would have been great. Will definitely have to remember the lime the next time I make these. Thanks for sharing! Made for Best of 2013 tag.
