Directions
Spicy Roasted Red Bell Pepper Hummous, Israel has a zillion versions of hummous, but this is one version I could only find in the States This was developed over trial and error (and lots of searching for recipes) until I got it just right , Mirj–my mouth is watering! I’ll be doing this tonite for pre dinner appetizers for son & daughter-in-law (she’s Hungarian descent) but will use canned garbanzos cause I’m lazy , Mirj, this is delicious! I took it to a potluck at church and it went over very well! Nice flavor-I did half the recipe Yum, thank you for posting!
