Good with steak or anything else from Cooking Light , Used baby PEI spuds, 2 tblsp extra virgin robust olive oil, two tblsp hot water instead of butter with the fresh herbs: rosemary and lemon thyme and sprinkled on some dried Club House garlic and herbs Very tasty!, Too late to share my photo! They were gone before I took one, theyre that good! Will post a photo next time I make them! used baby PEI spuds, and they were delicious! I set the timer for 4 potatoes, about 8 min and tested with a fork! They were great!

    Place the Butter and Garlic in an 8 Inch Square Baking Dish.

    Microwave at Medium High (70%) 45 Seconds or Until Butter Melts.

    Add Rosemary, Salt, 1/4 Teaspoon Black Pepper and Potatoes, Toss Well.
