Salsa and Cream Cheese Dip, This is way too easy, but it was just a family favorite for years and I didn’t see any posts like it, so I thought I would share I hope you enjoy as much as we always did!, I have been making a version of this for years use 8 oz of cream cheese microwaved for 25 seconds I add 2 heaping tablespoons + 1 level tablespoon of my fresh homemade salsa It always disappears within a very short time after serving it I do put it back into the frig to set up some I serve it from the frig or leave it covered on the counter for 20 min or so delicious!, used to make this all the time in college and on occasion now – use neufchatel cheese and heat it up before stirring in some salsa (my favorite is black bean and corn, but as stated, any is good) Pretty great late night study snack! Glad to see that others enjoy it too
