Saucy Pork And Potato Crock Pot

Features:
    Cuisine:

The meat was super tender. I added carrots to make it a complete meal. After taking out the kids' portions, we thickened it with corn starch and it was like a pork stew. Will add more potatoes and carrots next time. Even the 6 year old neighbor walked in our house and declared how wonderful it smelled!

Saucy Pork and Potato Crock Pot, Boneless pork chops layered with potatoes, onions and an Italian flavored creamy tomato sauce. s, The meat was super tender. I added carrots to make it a complete meal. After taking out the kids’ portions, we thickened it with corn starch and it was like a pork stew. Will add more potatoes and carrots next time. Even the 6 year old neighbor walked in our house and declared how wonderful it smelled!, I just made this today, I changed things up a bit, for I did not have all the exact ingredients. I added a can of tomato soup, a can of cream corn, and cream of chicken soup. I also added a dirty rice mix, I added water, milk, and chicken bullion. We like things on the spicy side as well so I added cyan pepper. So I hope it comes out real yummy.Deanne
