Savory Smoked Sausage and Vegetable Skillet

    Not as healthy, but we like this done in a skillet with olive oil. I fry the potatoes and peppers first. Then when they are almost done I add the sausage. Salt and pepper on the table if someone wants it, but the sausage is enough spice for us. Sometimes I add cabbage to the skillet. Yum
