Simple Breading Mix,use this breading mix for everything from chicken, fish, vegs, etc. It is simple to make with only a few ingredients but it adds a great flavor to fried foods. The final result is also crisper than just using flour.,MA CHIKIN TASTE FINE NOW THAKS BROSKI,I made this for a 1/4 cup serving and used it to coat boneless/skinless chicken breast that I was making to us in a tossed green salad that required cooked chicken. This was a great addition to just the plain poached or grilled chicken used in most salads. I made this as written and it was a great basic coating for meats. Thanks for sharing your recipe!!
