7 Minute Rich And Creamy Polenta

Features:
    Cuisine:

I had never had polenta before, but since I never met a corn product I didn't love, I ordered some medium ground polenta on line, and made this recipe, halved exactly as written. O...M...G!!! This came out exactly as advertised. It was smooth, creamy, soft, with a silly mouth feel. My husband loved it, too. I fried up the left overs the next day, and they were great, too. Next time I made it, same result. Fantastic recipe. I do not recommend altering the fat or preparation at all. Otherwise, go for a slower recipe with other liquids.
