Addicting Chocolate Fondue, This is delicious with strawberries, bananas, apples, grapes, cherries, pound cake, marshmallows, raisins and shelled nuts From Tyler Florence , Perfect perfect perfect fondue! I loved the hint of hazelnut from the syrup and the tastiness of the caramel too This makes such a smooth fondue used it with the kids as a special dessert treat and we dipped, bananas, marshmallows, pineapple chunks and some pound cake cubes too Just great! Thanks for sharing during ZWT7 , Made this for Valentine’s Day and it was awesome! After reading the reviews here, I decided to use vanilla extract that I already had rather than buying a liqueur I also chose to use about 10 ounces of milk chocolate and 6 ounces of dark chocolate The result was delicious! My husband and I both adored it I served it with homemade Rice Krispy treats, banana slices, apple slices, and of course, strawberries One more note — we do not own a fondue pot, so I just used a crock pot on low and continued to stir the ingredients until the chocolate melted (took less than 10 minutes) and it worked great!
