Apple Banana Smoothie,Found this online & made it while at work. I tested it out on my co-workers & they loved it. I followed the instructions listed below but I changed some of the ingredients below by using strawberry milk & I added a cup of low-fat yogurt (peach flavored)so so good!! My co-workers all said they would have paid me for the drink! lol,Good but I add cinnamon thanks for sharing,I wanted to get the most nutrients out of my smoothie so I added 1 orange, 2 tbsp of Vanilla Greek yogurt, 1/4 cup of cooked quinoa, 10 almonds, 1 tbsp of flax seeds, 1 tbsp of chia seeds, and 1/2 tsp of cinnamon. It came out delicious and was a great replacement meal.
