    Pre-Heat Oven to 400 Degrees.

    Line Baking Sheet With Parchment Paper.

    Mix the Flour, Sugar, Baking Powder, Baking Soda and Salt Together in a Large Bowl.

    Add the Butter. Cut It in to the Flour Mixture With a Pastry Knife Until the Mixture Looks Like Coarse Crumbs.

    Add the Milk and Apple Cubes.stir Just Until the Dough Comes Together, Making Sure That You Don't Over Work It. Use Your Hands to Knead the Dough Two or Three Times Into a Ball.

    Place the Dough Onto the Parchment Covered Cookie Sheet. Shape Into a 7 Inch Circle. Cut the Circle in Half and Then Cut Each Half Into 3 Pie-Shaped Wedges.

    Bake For 20 Minutes, or Until a Toothpick Inserted in the Center Comes Out Clean.
