    Preheat Oven to 325.

    Saute Onions and Whole Garlic Clove in a Little of the Artichoke Oil.

    Remove Garlic & Discard.

    Beat Eggs With a Fork, Adding Salt, Pepper, Tabasco, Crackers, Cheese, Artichoke Hearts and Onions.

    Pour Egg Mixture Into a Well Oiled 8x8 Pan.

    Bake For 35-40 Minutes.

    Top With Chopped Parsley and Serve Hot.
