    This bread is delicious! Followed the recipe as written, except I didn't let the beer warm to room temperature. It turned out wonderfully! The texture of the bread was perfect and loved that it didn't have that slight bitter taste that some beer breads have. Highly recommend this recipe. A keeper for sure!

A keeper for sure!,This turns out perfectly delicious. Crusty brown on the outside and soft and awesome on the inside. It reminds me a little of Hawaiian bread but yummier. used a 2 lb loaf on medium setting, was perfect.

    Pour Beer Into a Bowl and Let Stand at Room Temperature For a Few Hours to Go Flat.

    Place All Ingredients in the Pan According to the Order in the Manufacturer's Directions.

    Set Crust on Dark and Program For the Basic Cycle; Press Start.

    When the Baking Cycle Ends, Immediately Remove the Bread from the Pan and Place It on a Rack.
