Broccoli Casserole Gluten Free

    Awesome souffl-like casse role! used an 11X7 casserole dish. I made it the night before, covered it and refrigerated it until cooking it for lunch the next day. used a 12 oz. bag of Green Giant select broccoli florets and mixed them in frozen as directed. They were defrosted by the time I cooked it, so it didn't take more than an hour total. I cooked the casserole covered with foil for 45 mins. I then sprinkled extra cheddar on top and cooked it uncovered another 10 or 15 minutes. The Bob's Red Mill 1 to 1 all-purpose gluten-free flour used worked fabulously. No one knew it was gluten free, and it got rave reviews.
