    Bruschetta w/ Fresh Basil, my italian mother-in-law taught me to make this for a quick munchie , This was delicious I added a small amount (roughly 1 to 1 5 tsp) of balsamic vinegar and used a shallot for the onion Great flavors!, I wanted to use my fresh tomatoes and herbs from my garden, so I made this with dinner tonight I chopped my tomatoes in a chopper, and the onion flavor was too strong, so next time I will just cut it with a knife It was yummy!
