Directions
Buttery Shrimp And Pasta, This is a really simple dish to make and it’s quite elegant., This was delicious! Instead of 2 cups 1/2 & 1/2, used 1 cup 1/2 & 1/2 and 1 cup 2% milk. A little better waist wise, maybe. I also took the suggestion of adding roasted broccoli. Instead of using 1/4 c butter used 2 Tbs. margarine and 2 Tbs. of olive oil. It was concerned about it being to watery, so I added 1 1/2 Tbs Wondra flour before adding the milk and 1/2 & 1/2. Glad I did. Honestly I think it took me longer to peel the shrimp than it did to prepare this dish. I definitely saved this recipe, you will too! Thanks!
