Cabbage & Ham Casserole, Another great cabbage recipe!, Just made this recipe tonite had some left over cabbage and spiral ham smells when cooking is just fantastic! For sure make sure that you drain the cabbage really well as they hold moisture big time so even if you see the soup mixture thick when you check after cooking for a bit there is alot of water I drained mine off and left it to strain more in a collander worked perfect I wanted a more cheese sauce flavor so added 1 cup of 4 cheese alfredo sauce then just before taking out some grated parmesan Turned out amazing, This is very tasty and super easy! used low fat soup and skim milk and it was very good! A little watery (from the skim milk, probably), but very nice Next time, I’m going to try it over biscuits!
