    in a Saucepan, Cook Carrots Just Until Crisp-Tender, Drain, Reserving 1/4 Cup Cooking Liquid.

    Combine Mayonnaise, Onion, Horseradish With Reserved Cooking Liquid and Spread Evenly Over Carrots.
