Cut Up the Cauliflower and Leeks and Put Into a Pot With 2 Cups of Water and the Bouliion Cube. Boil Until Cauliflower Is Soft Enough to Put Into a Food Processor or Blender. While It's Cooking, Chop Up the Parsley. Once the Cauliflower and Leeks Are Cooked, Add the Parsley. Pour Soup Into Food Processor or Blender and Blend.
