    The recipe itself was fine but.... 1.5 teaspoon of batter is not a crepe. It's a baby bite. Also the filling/batter ratio is all wrong. I'm 90% sure the reviews here are all fake because if anyone had actually made this recipe, they would have has the same concerns as me. Also, there is raw (never cooked) egg in the filling. Umm... what?? Why would I want to eat raw egg in a cold filling? This recipe was a disaster and I never should have made it.

    Mix All Ingredients.

    Beat Well Until Smooth.

    Refrigerate.

    Refrigerate For 30 Minutes.

    For Each Blintz, Melt 1 Teaspoon Butter in a 7" Skillet.

    Pour in 1-1/2 Teaspoons Batter, Spread Batter Completely Over Bottom of Pan.

    Cover Over Medium Heat Until Lightly Browned on One Side.

    Turn Crepe Over and Brown the Other Side.

    Remove.

    Put 1 Tablespoon Cheese on Browned Surface of Each Blintz.

    Fold and Roll.
