    Chicken Enchilada Casserole OAMC, Tasty Chicken enchiladas that freeze very well, A nice basic OAMC recipe that can easily be customized with additional ingredients if preferred (beans, fresh peppers, etc) No cooking time or temperature was specified I went with 350F and baked the casserole for 25 minutes

    Brown Chicken and Then Mix in Onion, Corn and Garlic.

    Pour 1/2 Cup Sauce in the Bottom of Both Pans.

    Mix Remaining 3 Cups Tomato Sauce and 2 Taco Sauce Packets Into the Chicken Pan and Let Simmer For 5 Minutes.

    Tear Tortillas and Completely Cover Bottom of Pans.
