Finely Chop Chicken or Turkey and Add to Veggies With Remaining Ingredients. at This Point, Refrigerate If Desired or Proceed to Form Into Patties, Pat Into Breadcrumbs and Saute in Nonstick Pan That Has Been Sprayed With Nonstick Spray.
