Creamy Caramel Peanut Butter Dip, This came in the fall 2005 Kraft Food and Family magazine It sounded so good and like it would make a nice quick snack for afterschool , Liked this with apples, but really liked it on graham crackers topped with bananas!, I scaled this down to 6 caramels which gave me about 4 tbs worth of dip After having tasted this divine concoction however I wish I had made more, much more lol Its sooo creamy, sweet and addictive YUM! I can see this used in many different ways: on top of ice-cream, swirled into a cake, layered into a trifle, used to fill thumb print cookies and so on Its so easy to make and plain yummy, Ill make this again and again for sure All I had on hand was buttermilk so used that and it was a nice contrast to the sweet caramel My pb was all natural THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing this winner with us, Paula! Made and reviewed for the Aussie/NZ Recipe Swap November 2011
