Creamy Chicken and Green Bean Casserole, a gluten free casserole, Dienia, we really enjoyed this, and the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars was because I did battle a little with the directions (and I hope it wasnt just me being thick! 🙂 ) First off, should the chicken and onion go into the casserole raw, or be cooked off a bit first? I went for cooking off a bit first I didnt understand step 6 at the time, but as I write my review I have suddenly realised what happened — I was going to say you didnt mention the cream in the directions, I now realise that in ingredients it says light cream, in the directions it says 1/2 and 1/2 we dont call it 1/2 and 1/2 here, so that confused me! At the time though, I did do exactly that, add the cream to the other ingredients Other than that, I did follow the recipe exactly, and it was really tasty, we enjoyed it very much! Thank you for posting, I would make this pleasing casserole again made and enjoyed For Your Consideration tag game
