Creamy Garlic Dressing, Very zippy, garlicky, great over crisp greens ”, Excellent! I made half the recipe and served some over romaine lettuce and some over hot cooked fresh green beans I used garlic paste that is refrigerated instead of minced garlic It was good!

In a small saucepan, combine vinegar, water, onion and garlic; simmer until onion is tender (about 5 minutes). |
