Creamy Salsa Dip, Super simple! Friends always ask, Mmmmm-what’s in this? I hate to admit how easy it is ”, This is awesome! This is how I did it~ 1/2 cup salsa 1/2 cup cream cheese, blend it well with a fork Add 1 roughly chopped tomato and onion and 1/2 cup of grated cheddar cheese Microwave on high for 2 minutes till cheese melted; stir and microwave it again for another 1 minute Hubby love it! Thank you!, Awesome dip! My mom makes this all the time Maybe it’s just because of the way she makes it but I’m used to the dip being a little thicker than this turned out I think next time I’ll start with 1/2 or 3/4 c of salsa to 8 oz of cream cheese and see how that turns out I’m sure it also depends on the type of salsa you are using
