Wash radishes thoroughly - I use Fit spray.

Cut olives in half, set aside.

With a peeler, or citrus zester, scrape radish skins off making sure to leave some of the red skin in tact.

Using a small knife, hollow out the center of radishes.

Made this to sever alongside breakfast this morning. It is a refreshing drink with just the right amount of tartness. I used Splenda in place of the sugar. After preparing the juice I placed in the refrigerator overnight and then the in the morning instead of allowing it to chill in the freezer
