Directions
Creole Shrimp Quiche, So easy to throw together for a brunch/lunch I’m sure crab would be great in this, too , This Quiche is pretty good, but the Creole seasoning is a problem One reviewer said two teaspoons was not enough, so I tried a tablespoon Most of those are heavy on salt so my first attempt was very salty Next time I will use a small amount of salt and substitute some cayenne pepper for the heat in place of the Creole seasoning I will update this then, but, in the interim, take care with the Creole , Use fresh shrimp Swiss cheese 3 eggs, heavy whipping cream & old bay seasoning
