1 1/2 cups american cheese, cubed
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup flour

Crock Pot Spinach Casserole

    Tasted great, just like what you would think, but it looked weird. My cubed cheese stayed as big globs of orange. I think some of my guests were suspect when they looked at it. Not sure why the picture here looks so wonderful and mine looked so bad. I followed the recipe exactly and cooked it for 4.5 hours on low in my crock pot. Not sure I would make it again for guests, and it's a bit overkill to make as a sidedish for myself. I do look forward to eating the leftovers tomorrow.

    Crock Pot Spinach Casserole, If you are a spinach lover, you should love this!
